Please kindly note that the check-in time is from 14:00 (GMT+7) on arrival date. The latest time that hotel can keep the reservation without guarantee is till 16:00 (GMT+7). After that time, the reservation will be released without any notice. In case of late arrival, please kindly inform estimated check-in time by email. As per the Vietnam Government law, a foreigner cannot share a room with a citizen of Vietnam without a certificate of marriage as a proof. The property may reject the booking or request that a second room be booked upon failure to do so.
